Design and Installation of ADA Compliant Door System - Denver ARTCC

The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, engineering, programming, materials, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, testing equipment, safety equipment, documentation, and incidental items necessary to provide a complete and operational ADA-compliant automatic door operator system. Work includes site investigations, design, coordination with the Government-designated security contractor, integration with the existing access control system, installation of all conduit, wiring, power circuits, control circuits, relays, controllers, interfaces, sensors, and associated components, modification or replacement of door assemblies as necessary, development and approval of a Sequence of Operations, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and all warranties and closeout documentation. The base bid includes the West Control Room door; optional bid items cover the East Control Room door and the M1 Room door from the locker room. The contractor must perform the work within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed, during normal work hours Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays and maintenance moratoriums.
