THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0001 TO RFQ 36C25926Q0607 IS TO ANSWER VENDOR QUESTIONS.
VENDOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS PROVIDED BELOW:
Looking over the solicitation and the statement of need, could you clarify if it s one sink or three. Based on the solicitation we see one but then when looking at the different measurements in the salient characteristics it seems like three.
Answer: The solicitation is for One (1) PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Sink and accessories or Equal. See attached updated SON.
The contractor shall deliver one PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Sink and accessories (or equal product) to the VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO, within 30 days of award. The sink must meet the salient characteristics listed in the Statement of Need, including specific dimensions, a height-adjustable sink, pegboards, faucet sprayer, DI spray gun, sink light hood, storage shelf, independent flushing system, touchscreen monitor, and various accessories. The contractor must also provide operation and maintenance manuals (two binders and two digital copies) and deliver all equipment during specified hours (Monday–Friday, 0700–1500, excluding federal holidays).
