The Contractor shall provide medical coding books to WSNC facilities, including CPT Books, ICD-10-CM Books, ICD-10-PCS Books, EncoderPro.com subscriptions, and various coding reference books, as listed in the Price/Cost Schedule. The Contractor must be able to service every facility in the WSNC, which includes VISNs 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22. Deliveries are FOB Destination, and the Contractor shall provide recall notifications and ensure ordered products are available.
