The contractor shall provide the professional services, hardware, and software required for the maintenance, expansion, and integration of patient elopement and wandering (PEW) prevention systems. The scope includes technology and project management, requirements and system design, delivery and staging, installation and deployment of hardware (e.g., readers, gateways, LF chokepoints, Wi-Fi tags, BLE beacons), integration with enterprise systems (fire alarm, elevator controls, physical access control), BLE enablement, data governance and cybersecurity, testing and validation, training and change management, operations and sustainment, documentation and deliverables, and system health and analytics. The project involves all demo and replacement of the existing Stanley WanderGuard system with upgraded and improved patient elopement technology that is portable and provides nurse staff with the location of the patient if an elopement event is triggered.
