The contractor shall provide comprehensive mechanical maintenance and breakdown coverage for all operating systems on the Prevost XLII motorcoach, including parts supply and shipping, roadside assistance, and towing services capable of handling weights up to 60,000 lbs. Services must be available anywhere within the continental United States. The contractor must provide all necessary staffing, tooling, and facilities. All contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens and meet specified background criteria.
