(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to provide service and maintenance support for 23 BioRaptrs and 2 Precise Drops. Service includes remote technical support, software support, corrective maintenance, software and firmware upgrades, and diagnosis and repair of instrument malfunctions. All replacement parts must be fully compatible. Services shall be performed by personnel trained and qualified to service the Bioraptrs. Deliverables include service coverage confirmation, preventive maintenance service report, and corrective maintenance reports.
