The contractor must reseal clam shell cylinders (2ea.), reseal Boom extension cylinder, reseal Outrigger cylinders (2ea.), reseal dipper stick cylinder, reseal Bucket lift cylinders (2ea.), reseal Right side steering cylinder, replace hydraulic sight glass, replace shifter control boot, replace hydraulic control boot, replace window stop cushions (2ea.), repair front gear housing coolant leak, repair front gear housing oil leak, replace front and rear wiper blades, and repair Air Conditioning system. The contractor will perform an initial inspection and provide a written diagnostic report, use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts, follow manufacturer repair and safety procedures, document all replaced parts and labor, notify the Contracting Officer of supplemental findings, maintain ASE-certified technicians, and conduct diagnostic labor to ensure all components are functioning properly post-repair.
