US Embassy Ottawa has a requirement for HVAC replacement services at a Government owned residenice.
The Contractor shall remove and dispose of 7 existing R-22 condensing units (CU-4, CU-5, CU-6, CU-7, CU-8, CU-9, CU-10) and their paired furnaces, and supply and install new high-efficiency R-454B or R-32 split-system HVAC equipment, including new condensing units, furnaces, refrigerant line sets, electrical work, and commissioning. Work includes demolition, recovery of R-22 refrigerant, installation of new steel dunnage, and compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The period of performance is 45 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
