The contractor shall design, produce, and implement a behaviorally informed, multimedia national campaign that deters visa fraud and illegal immigration, encourages verification of H-2 visa and job offers, simplifies understanding of legitimate H-2 visa pathways, promotes the U.S. Embassy as the sole authoritative source for visa information, and exposes criminal networks perpetrating fake H-2 visa schemes. The campaign will include tasks such as campaign strategy and work plan, creative concept development (3-5 concepts), content production (video, radio, social media, print, digital assets), media planning and placement, and monitoring, evaluation, and final report. The contractor must integrate FY 2025 strategic recommendations, use the 'Stop, question, verify' tagline, and provide bilingual staff.
