This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 15DDHQ26R00000008 is being used as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This will be solicited under FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

The contractor shall perform a complete and thorough inspection of the entire building (exterior and interior), grounds, components, and existing building operational support systems and equipment at the DEA Aviation Operations Center (AOC) located at 2300 Horizon Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76177. The inspection shall cover roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life and fire safety, elevators, accessibility features, exterior walls/doors/windows, interior finishes, grounds, structural elements, hazardous conditions, ceilings, concrete parking/drive, evidence of leakage, permanently installed fixtures, special use areas, and seismic systems. The contractor shall prepare a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) documenting deficiencies and a Building Engineering Report (BER) with cost estimates, photographs, and prioritized work recommendations (Priority 1-5). Deliverables include a draft BER, final BER, and post-inspection review meeting.
