The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or non-personal services necessary to execute the installation of fourteen (14) office PODs with accompanying office equipment, as specified in this performance work statement. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the standards and requirements outlined in this contract.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to execute the installation of fourteen (14) office PODs with accompanying office equipment. The scope includes delivery, unloading, assembly, placement, installation, punch list inspections, close-out documentation, cleanup, and coordination with the government. The contractor must provide a full-time project manager, field-verify building conditions, and ensure all PODs meet specified characteristics (e.g., TAA compliant, ANSI/BIFMA standards). Delivery is FOB Destination to Fort McNair, DC, with the contractor paying transportation costs.
