Replace Warehouse Door #13 and Repair Door #14 at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, 820 S Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60612

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to remove and replace Garage Door #13 with a new commercial-grade insulated garage door (12/8 size, white), a new Lift Master side-mounted hoist operator, new heavy-duty springs, drums, sensors, and controls, and to repair Garage Door #14 by removing and disposing of eight damaged slats, installing eight new factory-painted grey starter slats, performing general servicing and adjustments, and demonstrating full functionality. All work must be performed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at the Taylor Street Warehouse, Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, 820 S. Damen Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on all installed material and workmanship and a three-year manufacturer's warranty on all materials.
