The 31st Force Support Squadron is seeking a contractor to provide all-inclusive, non-personal services for refurbishment of wood flooring in basketball court, two racquetball courts and the entire aerobics room located in Building 1405, Dragon Fitness Center, Aviano AB Italy.

All questions shall be submitted NLT 27 August 2026 at 1600 hrs CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME
The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to refurbish all wood flooring/surfaces on bldg. 1405, Dragon Fitness Center Aviano AB. Work includes evenly sanding floors to eliminate cuts, scratches and imperfections; removing sawdust and debris; applying protective coating layers; painting game lines for basketball (NCAA regulation), volleyball (FIVB regulation), and racquetball (IRF regulation); painting a wing logo, the words AVIANO and WYVERNS, and WYVERN NATION; and covering post holes and electric supply covers. Approximate dimensions: basketball court 871 Sm, racquetball courts 73 Sm each, aerobics/spin room 320 Sm.
