Amendment 0001 is issued for the purpose of distributing the site visit sign-in. Amendment 0002 is issued to clarify that the site visit is mandatory for offerors.

The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to renovate Bldg 1 for the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) and Sterile Processing Distribution areas. Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, equipment installation, and architectural scope necessary for removal of existing structures and construction of new work, with phased relocation of Logistics and SPS suites.
