El Paso Canteen and Administrative Buildings Janitorial Services

The contractor shall provide all services required for deep cleaning and janitorial services for three locations for the El Paso Texas Healthcare System, including deep kitchen cleaning for the Canteen and janitorial services for administrative buildings 116 and 117, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services include tasks such as cleaning serving food station areas, walk-in fridges and freezers, kitchen food prep areas, restrooms, dust mopping and wet mopping tile floors, buffing tile floors, cleaning bathrooms with germicidal disinfectant, and cleaning interior and exterior windows and doors.
