The Michigan Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract forservices, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of comprehensive HVAC upgrades for Hanger 9 and Building 304. This involves the replacement of existing 50 Ton DX in Hangar 9 and 85 Ton Chiller and Pumps at B304. The contractor will handle everything from demolition and removal of the old units to the installation, commissioning, and integration of the new systems with the existing digital controls.
