Electrical work includes reconnecting new rooftop units to existing panel circuits, installing new duct smoke detectors tied to the existing fire alarm system, and installing a new BAS head unit laptop computer in the maintenance manager's office. The contractor must also comply with FAA requirements for crane operations near Lansing Airport and perform work in two phases between approximately March 15, 2027 and July 15, 2027.
