The contractor shall provide 99 hours of on-demand technical support over one base year and an additional 99 on-demand hours in one option year. Support includes investigating potential bugs, assisting with real-time software debugging, updating and modifying code, and connecting government-issued equipment to the VPN at least once every 30 days. Technical support will be available Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with an initial response within four hours of a support request.
