The West Virginia Department of Agriculture is soliciting quotations for USAFOODSAFETY Maintenance, per the specifications and bid requirements. The contractor must provide maintenance and support for the USAFoodsafety application, including baseline support of 50 hours of Tier 1 support, and upgrade/install the offline inspection module. Maintenance and support will be for a period ending 06/30/2027. The contractor must have at least 3 years of maintenance and support experience with the USAFoodsafety application, at least 3 years of experience working in the USAFoodsafety source code, and be a preferred vendor with the AFDO (Association of Food and Drug Officials). Delivery is to 163 Gus R. Douglass Lane, Charleston WV 25312 within 60 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.
