Culvert Inspection Camera System
The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is issuing this solicitation as a request for proposal ("RFP") for One (1) Culvert Inspection Camera System. By submitting a Proposal, the Offeror represents that it has carefully read the terms and conditions of this RFP, including all attachments and addenda, and agrees to be bound by them. The selected vendor must deliver a complete turnkey CCTV inspection system for the remote visual inspection and condition documentation of highway culverts and drainage structures, including circular pipe, elliptical pipe, and box culverts. The system must be fully operational in culverts with an internal diameter (or rise) of 15 inches (381 mm) or greater, provide a minimum usable cable travel range of 350 feet (107 m), and capture live video at a minimum resolution of Full HD 1080p. The inspection software must be NASSCO-certified PACP compliant and generate formatted PDF inspection reports automatically. The system must be configurable for permanent installation in a full-size cargo van or a ¾-ton or larger pickup truck. The vendor must also provide warranty, service, training, and delivery as specified in the RFP.
