This requirement is unrestricted.
The contractor shall independently furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform PK studies in male C57BL/6J mice. Work includes intraperitoneal administration (10 mg/kg) of four test compounds in a single-dose PK study with n=3 animals per time point and eight sampling time points. The contractor must collect plasma, lung, liver, and heart tissues, perform quantitative bioanalysis of drug concentrations in all matrices, calculate standard pharmacokinetic parameters, and deliver electronic data files and a final study report. Turnaround time is estimated at 5 working days.
