Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Services for the Government of the Virgin Islands, USVI

The contractor shall provide 24x7x365 security monitoring, triage and analysis of endpoint, identity, email, cloud, network, SIEM and XDR telemetry, validate and prioritize alerts, correlate events, identify indicators of compromise and attack, investigate anomalies and hunt threats, and support incident validation, categorization, impact assessment, root cause analysis, containment, recovery and documentation with 24x7 support for high-priority events, approved response actions including endpoint isolation, account suspension, indicator blocking and email remediation, threat intelligence, SOC augmentation, knowledge transfer, and designated service manager and lead analyst coordination. The solution shall integrate with existing investments with preference for Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Office 365, Entra ID, Fortinet and Cisco platforms, meet service level targets, provide monthly, incident and quarterly deliverables, maintain confidentiality and audit support, retain all data as Government property, and provide transition assistance at termination.
