GVI Territory-Wide Information Technology Equipment, Hardware and Software
Contractors shall supply and deliver information technology equipment, hardware, software, licensing, peripherals, accessories, and related products as specified in applicable release purchase orders. All products must be new, unused, in original manufacturer packaging where applicable, and must meet or exceed specifications and requirements identified in the solicitation and applicable release purchase order. Contractors shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations; provide all applicable manufacturer warranties, licensing information, manuals, and certificates; coordinate delivery with requesting government agencies; transport goods using appropriate vehicles and handling methods to prevent damage; provide at least forty-eight hours advance notice prior to delivery; and replace any damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming items at no additional cost to the Government. Delivery locations include Saint Thomas, Saint John, or Saint Croix as identified on applicable release purchase orders. All physical goods shall be delivered free on board (F.O.B.) destination within twenty calendar days after receipt of an official release purchase order, with title and risk of loss transferring to the Government upon delivery, inspection, and acceptance. For software, licenses, subscriptions, and electronically delivered products, delivery is complete upon provision of applicable product, license, subscription, access, or required documentation and acceptance by the Government.
