Vendor will provide materials and labor to maintain concession equipment on an as-needed basis, including technician labor at three rate tiers (normal hours, overtime, and holiday/weekend), consumable supplies and parts at a negotiated discount from list or wholesale price. All repairs must be completed within three days with technician on-site within two hours of request unless additional time is approved. Service shall be provided 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding university holidays. All parts used must be new or refurbished. Delivery must be F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid to College Station, TX with no additional shipping, handling, or fuel surcharges accepted.
