Concho Valley Transit District (CVTD), a program of the Concho Valley Council of Governments (CVCOG), is seeking professional services to develop, produce, and deliver a program of travel training and rider education videos intended to increase public awareness, accessibility, and utilization of public transportation services throughout the Concho Valley region. The project is intended to support older adults, children ages 12 and older, individuals with disabilities, low-income populations, first-time transit users, and other members of the public who may benefit from clear and accessible instruction regarding the use of public transportation services.
The contractor shall collaborate with CVTD staff to develop a comprehensive video education program covering topics such as an introduction to CVTD, understanding available services, eligibility and trip planning, scheduling and booking transportation, preparing for and taking a trip, safety and emergency awareness, accessibility and inclusive transportation, specialized training for target audiences, and demonstration videos. The contractor must conduct on-site filming at CVTD locations, provide all production equipment, and deliver final videos in formats suitable for website, social media, public presentations, classroom sessions, and electronic distribution. The contractor must also provide Spanish-language versions, closed captioning and subtitle files for the top 50 languages, deployment assets (social media clips, flyer templates, QR codes, web-ready graphics, presentation materials, rider guides), and a comprehensive outreach and implementation plan.

Most Texas work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
