The awarded organization will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and continual upkeep of the facilities and supplies, as well as be allowed to offer camps, tournaments, sport-specific instructional programs and clinics, etc. so long as they are being utilized in a format generally accessible to all youth with minimal restrictions.</p>
