Wallisville Grounds Maintenance Services

The Contractor must furnish all labor necessary to perform service. The service period will be from 09/01/2026 through 08/31/2031. Duties include mowing (no more than 26 mows per year), edging/trimming, cleaning debris, weed killer applications (no more than 6 per year), fertilization/winterizer (no more than 3 applications per year), and pre/post emergent applications (no more than 3 applications per year). The Contractor must provide all equipment, tools, and supplies.
