DPS Bryan Lawn Maintenance

The contractor must furnish all labor necessary to perform grounds maintenance at 2571 North Earl Rudder Fwy., Bryan, TX 77803, including mowing (no more than 26 times per year, grass no more than 3 inches in height), edging/trimming, weed killer (no more than 6 applications per year), fertilization/winterizer (no more than 3 applications per year), and pre/post emergent applications (no more than 3 applications per year). The contractor must provide all equipment, tools, and supplies, and complete a Grounds Care Checklist after each service. The service period is from date of award through 08/31/2031.
