HHS0017802 HVAC Filters

The contractor must provide HVAC Filters as specified in the Pricing Sheet (Exhibit C). Deliveries must be made to the San Angelo State Supported Living Center between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the specified date, with a delivery appointment required. Products must be labeled on outer cartons with description, agency purchase order number, and quantity per carton. Pallets must be shrink wrapped and labeled. Reworked products, products previously refused for delivery, or seconds will not be accepted. The contractor must furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide the goods.
