CPS/Storage & Transportation-Climate and Non-Climate controlled

Contractor shall provide storage facilities (climate and non-climate controlled) in San Antonio, Texas, for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals and materials for new and existing DSHS inventory. Contractor shall perform typical warehouse activities to include receiving incoming goods, storing them in designated areas, picking items from storage to fulfill orders, packing picked items for shipment, and shipping the final packages to a destination, as directed by DSHS. Upon notification by the DSHS State Medical Operations Center (SMOC), contractor will provide transportation of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and/or materials related to the event. Contractor shall bear all costs associated with transporting all existing inventory from the current facility to its storage facility, as applicable. Contractor must ensure adequate and necessary warehouse and operations staffing to provide 24-hour services every day for the life of the contract. The facility must be located within the Bexar County limits.
