Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for refuse and trash collection, removal, and disposal services for Meridian State Park located at 173 Park Road #7, Meridian, TX 76665, in accordance with the attached specifications and terms and conditions dated August 2026.
The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and methods of communication necessary to meet requirements of the specified services throughout the term of the contract. Services include weekly refuse and trash collection from eight containers (four 4-cubic-yard and four 3-cubic-yard) between Monday and Friday, with additional pick-ups and container adjustments as needed. The contractor must furnish, install, set in place and maintain trash containers, ensure the container area is kept clean, haul solid waste to a government approved landfill, and provide necessary maintenance and cleaning of containers.
