Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking proposals from qualified aviation fuel suppliers to provide aviation fuel, delivery services, documentation, quality assurance, and related support for Fixed Base Operator (FBO) fuel operations at TSTC Waco Airport/CNW, located at 601 Operations Rd, Waco, TX 76705.
The supplier will furnish and deliver Jet-A, Jet-A with FSII if requested, 100LL avgas, unleaded avgas if available, and other agreed fuels to designated storage at TSTC Waco Airport/CNW, meeting ASTM D1655 for Jet-A and ASTM D910 for 100LL, maintaining quality assurance, testing, documentation including bills of lading and certificates of analysis, qualified drivers and compliant transport, coordinated scheduling, normal and emergency delivery capability, transparent cost-plus pricing records, regulatory compliance, and optional lease or provision of fuel trucks, storage tanks, dispensing, filtration and related fueling equipment.
