The vendor must provide environmental regulatory records searches including standard federal records (NPL, CERCLIS/SEMS, RCRA), state and local records (Texas State Superfund, TCEQ Leaking Petroleum Storage Tanks, TCEQ Dry Cleaner Remediation), and non-standard records (Texas Railroad Commission Oil & Gas Wells and Pipelines). The vendor must also provide GIS-plotted maps and deliver reports within three business days.
