1.1. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supply and delivery of 2027 Model Year Vehicles to the State of New Hampshire with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary to perform services as described. Deliveries shall be made in accordance with delivery days and timeframes set forth, except on holidays or when the State is closed. All orders shall be inspected and accepted by the State authorized representative by signing and dating the Contractor’s delivery ticket. Services/deliveries shall be performed between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. for State business days unless other arrangements are made. The vendor shall provide warranties on all equipment for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard warranty period, whichever is greater. The vendor must also provide quarterly and annual usage reports, assign a dedicated account representative, and comply with all specifications detailed in the Scope of Work and Offer sections.
