SIERRA BLANCA AO RENOVATION

TheTexas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking qualified contractors toprovide turnkey demolition, construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, andfinish‑out services for the renovation of Building B at the Sierra Blanca DPSfacility in Sierra Blanca, Texas. The awarded contractor shall furnish alllabor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to completethe project in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and requirementscontained in this RFP.

Apre-proposal site visit will be held at the DPS Sierra Blanca Area Office, 908W. El Paso, Sierra Blanca, TX 79851 at 10:00 A.M. CT on 8/17/2026. Pleasearrive no later than 09:45 A.M. CT to sign the Site Visit sign-in sheet.
