District Snow Removal
The contractor will plow snow from the District's parking lots, driveways, and entrances by 6:00 a.m. whenever snow reaches 2 inches or when drifting occurs, including clearing building approaches and sidewalks. The contractor must also salt sidewalks and parking lots (using either contractor-provided or district-purchased salt), remove snow from areas inaccessible by plow due to security bollards, arrange for loader removal of snow from premises if needed, repair any damages caused by plowing, and provide plowing for daytime, evening, and weekend activities upon District request. The contract covers the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 seasons.
