MDOT-UNIV Region-Janitorial & Grounds svcs (12) Rest Areas
The Contractor shall provide janitorial services (restroom cleaning, lobby maintenance, trash removal, etc.), grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, aeration, spring/fall cleanup, annual flower bed planting and maintenance), and snow/ice removal from sidewalks, walkways, and plaza areas at 12 specified rest areas. The Contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies. Services include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and seasonal tasks as detailed in the Location Specification Sheets and Schedules B.1 and B.2. The Contractor must also attend meetings, submit reports, maintain timekeeping, and comply with security and background check requirements.
