JANITORIAL FOR GJAC FACILITY

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform janitorial services at the Grand Junction Air Center, comprising approximately 6,460 square feet in the Gebhart building and 4,800 square feet in the Tanker Base building. Services include daily/weekly cleaning of restrooms, showers, kitchens, office areas, and public areas; monthly dusting and damp-mopping; and semi-annual cleaning of ceiling fixtures, walls, and baseboards. The contractor must also empty trash, replenish supplies, and perform spot cleaning as needed. The government will supply paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, and small garbage bags; the contractor furnishes all other cleaning supplies and equipment.
