The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Terminal 3, Boarding Area E Pop-Up Retail Concession Lease Space 1, a Small Business Set-Aside.
Space 1 is comprised of 1 location, approximately 304 square feet of space post-security, in Terminal 3, Boarding Area E, designated as space E.2.305.
The term is two years, with no options to extend.
For each year of the Lease, the base rent is the greater of the Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) or eight percent (8%) of Gross Revenues. The Minimum Annual Guarantee is $27,000.00 (Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars).
