The Purchaser must cut, skid, deck, haul, and purchase included sawtimber (ponderosa pine) from required units totaling 66.5 acres, with an estimated volume of 1,002.5 CCF. Optional POL (Products Other than Logs) of 41.5 CCF may also be harvested. The work includes whole-tree or cut-to-length yarding, winch-assisted logging on steep slopes, slash disposal, erosion control, reseeding of skid trails and landings, and compliance with all contract terms including fire protection, resource protection, and logging provisions. The contract runs until December 31, 2029, with operating periods from August 1 to January 16 for units 1, 2, and 4, and year-round for unit 3.
