The State of South Carolina is seeking a managed, cloud-hosted, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) IT Disaster Recovery Planning Software solution to support IT agencies across the state in developing, maintaining, and testing over 100 disaster recovery plans.
The Contractor must provide a cloud-based Disaster Recovery Planning and Management Software Solution that allows DTO to create, edit, manage, test, validate, approve, maintain, and export disaster recovery plans. The solution must include three instances (two production/DR data centers at least 90 miles apart, and one test/dev instance), support multi-tenant data isolation, provide data migration/import services, generate complete PDF plan outputs, and include implementation, training, and 24/7/365 support. The solution must be implemented and live on or before May 1, 2027. The Contractor must also provide a transition plan for contract conclusion, including knowledge transfer, data migration, and documentation handover.
