The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor to construct: a new influent structure with mechanical fine screen and grit removal; a circular inground concrete SBR basin (88-foot diameter) with floating aerators and mixer; a circular stainless steel above ground sludge tank (66-foot diameter) with floating aerator; a new effluent pump station; new chemical feed systems; chlorine contact basin improvements; related site improvements, pumps, piping, equipment, and structures; and electrical and instrumentation. Additive alternates include a sludge dewatering system using rotary sludge presses (Alternate 1) and removal and replacement of floating decanters in SBR's No. 1 and No. 2 (Alternate 2).
