RTRP Block Wall, Fence Construction and Landscape Improvements

The RTRP Wilderness-Wildlife Bid Package #2 - Block Wall and Fence scope consists of installation of approximately 1,800 feet of Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) wall and their concrete footings, and approximately 1,700 feet of expanded metal fence (one fence between Wildlife/Wilderness Substations and one fence at the Wilderness access road). The project includes two manual double swing gates at the expanded metal fences, one 4’-0” wide pedestrian gate at the CMU wall, and two motorized gates with associated foundations and concrete aprons at either side of the metal gates. Additionally, Project work consists of prepping and installation of drought tolerant landscaping and Monument Signs outside the substation.

Notes
Prior to the proposal submission deadline, bidders must upload via the City’s bidding website a bidder’s bond executed by a corporate surety admitted to engage in such business in the State of California, with an A:7 rating, for an amount equal to at least ten percent of the amount of its proposal.
