Folsom Dam Vessel Exclusion Barrier and Debris Boo

The contractor shall remove and salvage part of the existing barrier on Folsom Dam as shown on the contract drawings. The contractor shall design, furnish, and install a new vessel exclusion barrier and debris curtain and its components. The contractor shall furnish and install an onshore anchor on the right-wing side of the dam. The contractor shall remove obstructions along the path of the barrier to the onshore anchor and fill large gaps on the existing riprap with smaller rocks on the right wing dam. The contractor shall furnish and install necessary warning lights and signage. The contractor shall design, furnish, and install necessary anchors, clump anchors, buoys, and moorings. The contractor shall provide certification of the new barrier according to the requirements set forth in the specification. The contractor shall provide one spare module and two spare module-to-module connectors and the required hardware for use.
