DPP is seeking a qualified and well experienced vendor to provide around the clock (24hrs x 7days x 365days of the year) OM&S services at the PPSB. The selected vendor must be prepared to mobilize and provide full staffing and services upon the start date of this contract.
The contractor must mobilize and provide full staffing upon the start date for continuous operation, maintenance and support of the approximately 470,000-square-foot PPSB, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, chillers, boilers, cooling tower, air handling, fire protection and alarm, elevators, emergency power, lighting, security and communications systems, plus janitorial/custodial and security guard services, management of routine subcontracts, professional services subcontracts and remove-repair-replace work funded through the Force Labor and Material Account, timekeeping, weekly and monthly reporting, CMMS operation, inventory, purchasing, quality improvement, safety, training and coordination with the PPSB Facility Director.
