REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR COMPUTERS, COMPUTER HARDWARE AND PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY, TERM CONTRACT.
The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification is to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors for Palm Tran for future pricing competition for the purchase and delivery of computers, computer hardware and peripheral equipment. Pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes on an as-needed basis for periodic federally funded pricing requests. Each pricing request will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the vendor offering the lowest total offer. Vendors must be the manufacturer or an authorized dealer/distributor/reseller. All products must be new and of current manufacture. Shipping charges must be included in the cost of items.
