REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, ATTACHMENTS, AND RELATED TOOLS & ACCESSORIES, TERM CONTRACT
The pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes on an as-needed basis for the purchase and delivery of vehicles, equipment, attachments, and related tools and accessories. Vendors must provide items to the satisfaction of the County, including weight slips, MSO or Certificates of Origin, and other required documents. They must also include shipping/freight charges in the unit cost and ensure items are properly serviced, cleaned, assembled, and ready to use. The contract covers eleven NIGP commodity classes, including automobiles, trucks, trailers, marine equipment, and lawn maintenance equipment.
