The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and supervision to remodel kitchens and bathrooms in six temporary housing units. Work includes replacing cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, toilets, bathtubs, vanities, and related plumbing; removing existing dishwashers and installing new base cabinets in their place; installing new laminate countertops and backsplashes; and repairing any damaged surfaces. All work must comply with the specifications in Exhibit '1' and be completed within 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with work performed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in unoccupied units.
