The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Chancery Swimming Pool Changing Room Refurbishment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.
Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed – Chancery Swimming Pool” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on
August 23, 2026.
No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.

The contractor shall demolish and remove existing floor and wall tiles, ceiling systems, lighting, fans, doors, sinks, mirrors, benches, cubicles, and associated accessories; remove the rooftop solar water heating system; supply and install new copper piping, water supply and drainage pipes, window-mounted exhaust fans, wall-mounted fans, LED downlights, GFCI power outlets, sanitary fixtures (water closets, showers, hand bidets, toilet cubicles, wash hand sinks, taps, shower roses), wall-mounted shelves, hooks, seating benches, shelf cabinets, vanity mirrors, and full-body mirrors; replace floor and wall tiles with non-porous non-slip tiles and water-resistant grout; install PVC laminated gypsum moisture-resistant ceiling tiles; repaint external walls and storm drain grating; and conduct testing and commissioning of all systems.
