Roseburg School District is requesting proposals from qualified firms for mechanical, electrical, and limited structural engineering support as required to develop energy conservation measures at Joseph Lane Middle School & Eastwood Elementary School. The selected firm will support the development and refinement of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) identified through ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audits.
Pre-Bid Conference: The District does not currently anticipate holding a pre-proposal conference; however, the District reserves the right to schedule a conference if deemed necessary.
The selected firm will support the development and refinement of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) identified through ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audits. Services are limited to design and pre-construction activities; construction and implementation of ECMs are anticipated in a future phase.
